What You'll Be Doing

As a Discovery Response Attorney, you will play a vital role during the discovery phase of litigation, including:

• Reviewing and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
• Gathering, organizing, and analyzing documents and information
• Drafting accurate, timely, and legally sufficient discovery responses
• Managing multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
• Collaborating with internal teams and communicating with opposing counsel on discovery matters
• Objecting to improper discovery requests and assisting with discovery disputes as needed

What We're Looking For

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed or pending bar admission (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Interest in Lemon Law or litigation-focused practice areas

Role Details

• Practice Area: Lemon Law
• Reports To / Supports: COO
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
• Compensation: Up to $44/hour
